Dachshund Race and Costume Contest
Join us for the third annual Sprankle’s Octoberfest Dachshund Race and Costume Contest!
New for 2024: We have TWO days of Doxie races! The winner on Saturday will be invited back to defend their champion title with the Sunday winner and will be crowned Super Doxie of the Octoberfest 2024!
Saturday AND Sunday, September 7 & 8, 2024 starting at 1pm in the Showcase Tent!
Starting at 1pm with the super cute and funny Costume Contest! The Race Heats will begin immediately following the Costume Contest winner! Come early to enjoy the day! No cost to enter! Register in-person at Octoberfest! Registrations begin at NOON Saturday AND Sunday in the Showcase Tent!
Race will consist of four dogs in each heat with elimination to the top four for the finals! Non-registered dogs are welcome to walk around. Must provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations!
